Here are some of them:
1. Get good sleep. Regular sleeping pattern is important for the proper functioning of the brain and reducing the stress.
2. Keep a regular routine of doing breathing exercises everyday in the morning. A rhythmic breathing will ensure that the brain and other parts of the body always get the required quota of oxygen. Also, it promotes health, makes you more alert and stress free. You might already know that stress can be one of the triggers of migraines.
3. Stay away from alcohols and foods that act as triggers to your migraine. Follow a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
4. Jog and exercise regularly. If possible sign up for classes on yoga or tai chi.
